Your nights,
under your name.

Weekly residencies, one-off shows and the odd away date, sold on your own site, with every buyer and every rep’s sales in one place you own.

Every date, on one screen.

Your residency, your monthly, the one-offs and the away date side by side, what each rep has sold and is owed, and how many buyers came to one of your nights before.

What actually goes wrong.

You fill the room, someone else keeps the crowd

The venue keeps the door data and the ticket site keeps the buyers. You go home with a payout and a sales total.

Every night starts from zero

Each one means a new event page, a new post and nobody to tell. The people who came last time never hear about the next one.

Reps live in a spreadsheet

Codes, counts and commission get tallied after the night, and nobody is sure the totals are right until they have been checked twice.

What Capacity does about it.

Whoever owns the room, the people who came for your night end up on your list.

01

Sell under your own name

Ticketing on your own site for every date at every venue, white-labelled from the listing to the wallet pass. Your brand on the checkout, and the buyer on your list.

02

One list, every night

Every buyer, door scan and sign-up from every night, at every venue, lands on one profile per person, so last Friday’s crowd is already there when next Friday goes on sale.

03

Reps with their own access

Give each rep the nights they are working and nothing else. Set their rate, and sales and commission add up per rep as they sell.

Every night,
one list.

Every night you run feeds the same audience. When someone from one Friday comes back the next, or follows you to an away date, they are someone you already know, and your reps’ commission adds up as they sell.

Built for how promoters work.

Weekly nights, one-offs and away dates, one list. Every part of this is there so the people who came for your night stay yours.

Questions,
answered.

Can we keep selling where we sell now?

Yes. Connections to DICE, Skiddle, FIXR and Eventbrite are coming soon, so those buyers will land on your list too. Sell on your own site when it suits you, and the buyer is yours from the first ticket.

How does rep commission work?

Each rep gets access to the nights they are working and nothing else. You set their rate, and their sales and commission add up as they sell, so the totals are there the morning after rather than at the end of a spreadsheet.

We run a weekly night and one-offs. Is that one account?

Yes. Every night sits in the same place, the weekly one, the one-offs and any away dates, with one list across all of them. Report on a single night or a whole month, with the numbers side by side and combined.

What about the list we already have?

Bring it with you. Our team connects your accounts and brings your existing customer data across when we set you up, and anyone who buys from then on is matched to the profile they already have.

Is the customer data ours?

Yes. Capture and messaging are GDPR-compliant end to end, with consent recorded per channel. Your data stays yours, we will never sell it on, and you can export it whenever you like.

See it on your own numbers.

Bring your last few months of nights. We will show you how many buyers came to more than one, and how many you could reach before the next.
