Figures as CSVEvery night, every room

Every number, and what
it means.

Most venue reporting is a spreadsheet somebody builds on a Sunday night. Here the figures come straight from your tickets, bookings, till and guest list, and the report says in plain words what they add up to.

01

Written in plain English

Every figure comes with a sentence that says what it means. Read the whole week in two minutes, no charts to decode.

02

Every number in one place

Revenue, tickets, table bookings, wet sales from the till, and new against returning guests. Nothing copied across from another system.

03

Weekly and monthly

The week is written up for Monday morning and the month once it closes, each one set against the period before it.

04

One venue or the whole group

Run a report for a single site, or across every venue you run with the numbers side by side and combined.

05

What worked, and what next

It names the night, the channel or the event that moved the numbers, and suggests what to do about it before the next one.

06

Share it, export it

Send it to owners and investors as it stands, or export it as a PDF, and the figures underneath it as a spreadsheet.

Read the week
in two minutes.

The numbers first, then what they mean. Switch between the week and the month and the whole report is rewritten for it.

September took £84,240, 12% more than August. Saturday Residency did half of it on its own: £41,600 across four Saturdays.

Thursday grew fastest. It took £9,800, up 34% on August, and most of that growth was people who had never been in before.

1,902 new guests came through the door, and 58% of the crowd had been before. 412 regulars who came three times or more before August have not been back.

What worked. The Friday guestlist on WhatsApp drew 312 replies, and Instagram sold more tickets than any other channel: 1,870 of them.

Next. Ask the 412 back for Saturday Residency on 3 October, and open a second room on Thursdays while the night is growing.

Numbers you
can act on.

A figure on its own tells you what happened. The report tells you which night, which channel and which guests made it happen, so the next decision is already half made when you open it.
